The newly merged firm, to be known as Peterkins, will combine to provide full legal services to all current and future clients in the North East of Scotland.

This merger will give the firm greater strength to increase our expertise in a variety of areas and will be of substantial benefit to all of our clients.

The merged firm will have 11 Partners and over 80 staff working from 7 offices in Aberdeen, Huntly (2 offices), Inverurie (2 offices), Keith and Alford.

Together, the new firm will have in excess of 200 years experience, both firms having roots from the 19th Century.

The agreement to combine the two practices followed an association between the firms since 1st May, 2007.
