Our Litigation Department has many years' experience with a broad range of commercial disputes and litigation of a Scottish and international character.

We will advise on contract disputes, employment law, insolvency, insurance, maritime matters, debt recovery and tribunal work. Where appropriate, we will instruct outside Counsel to assist in case preparation and presentation.

Our litigation lawyers emphasise the value of advance consultation in order that advice may be given to avert the problem, or better position the client for litigation which cannot be avoided.
